Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

High Klass Hair Weave Bar does not issue any refunds. We only offer exchanges only for unused, unbundled hair. We will not give exchanges on hair that has been installed, colored, relaxed or processed in any manner. Bundles must be in original packaging and unopened. Hair must be in the same condition as when purchased.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We offer exchanges on item(s) that are purchased within seven (7) days of the original purchase and upon full inspection of the product.

An exchange must meet the following conditions:

  1. All item(s) must be unused and unaltered, meaning the item should not be unraveled, combed, brushed, cut, colored or washed.
  2. Also, the item(s) should not have any chemicals applied and no heat should be applied. All bundles must be intact upon return.
  3. In accordance to federal health laws, human hair products cannot be exchanged if any portion of the item has been used, worn, or tampered prior to exchange. Due to hygiene and these federal laws a thorough inspection of the item will be conduct and exchanging will be granted at the discretion of the company.
  4. All exchanges must be initiated within seven (7) days of original purchase date. Any request for exchanges after seven (7) days will not be honored.
  5. All item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and must include a receipt number.

ONLINE PURCHASES:    

  • High Klass Hair Weave Bar return and exchange policies apply to all online purchases.
  • Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days and shipped within 10-14 business days from the original order date.
